Am I the only one who thinks you can really see Matt's boygroup past in his performance? I mean... look at him. He does the typical boygroup dance poses.

It might be the vest... ore simply the presence of NPH, but Matt didn't look very sexy in that scene. :/ Didn't like the outfit and his moves... the singing was great as always. I just didn't enjoy looking at him.

I agree. Matt was more intense, where NPH was...more genuine? I think maybe their performance styles kinda clashed, and so I think they were a bit awkward together, both totally over the top, though that was kinda the point. Also, I don't know why this bugs me so much, but I am not digging Will's recent love of the khaki pants, I don't think they look good on anyone. I dunno, it was still awesome.

Oh good, I'm not crazy over here with my khaki hatred :) Bring back the nice, dark blue jeans!

I didn't really notice that because I was so tickled at them "sing fighting" over the role. AND I was completely mesmerized by how big his arms seemed in that t-shirt. I always though NPH was RIPPED, but he looked totally scrawny next to Matt in that piece.

I felt like it was deliberately done in an over the top manner. Like, it was a stage presentation so those tend to be over-done. It's not like he usually goes that way in quieter moments (like when he song the thong song to emma). I kinda thought it was cute how they almost had a western style sing-off kind of thing.
I too got a little awkward at the pained look towards the end on the final note though.
