Well I did it, on Thursday I had the Lap-Band surgery in Florence KY. Currently I am on a stage 3 full liquid diet. Last night I pulled out the On Q ball out of my sites very freaky, there were two 12" catheters that I removed for pain. . .So the quest begins

I have lost 5lbs already
