Meatball's horrible gut thing

One thing I was told to do was to give the dog somewhere between 1/8 and 1/4 cup of canned pumpkin every day. Not pumkin pie filling, which Wal Mart still has loads of, but pumpkin. I dressed it up. He ate it, the problem went away

Yellow squash and zucchini are both summer squashes. Pumpkin is a winter squash. You can try zucchini (and yes, you can buy them at the grocery), but you may be better off with other winter squashes such as acorn or spaghetti squash.

Pumpkin. I never have heard of feeding a dog pumpkin to fix tummy problems nor have I ever heard of feeding a dog pumpkin for any other reason.

But hot damn if it worked for Meatball!!

I was going to suggest Amazon since you can get everything from there at any time of year. My other thought is asking Kroger to special order it for you. They might be willing to do it if you buy large amounts in somewhat bulk. How much are you going through in one weeks time?

About a can or 2. We're supposed to try him on high fiber dog food too.
