OK, number 1: I have never seen the charts, heard about the charts, or anything. Maybe it's because I'm only in Pops but it still kind of sucks. number 2: i have a special circumstance (only staying in the hotel one night) so what should i do?
that is such a fun job. Unfortunately, when I did it for choir Mr. Warren wouldn't let me organize the chaperones as well. Somehow it didn't work out and it was all my fault.

one for boys and one for girls
they are in the front of the room
and there is a large reminder to sign up on the back board
find people to room with and they will only have three people the other nights
