Title: Solar Winds (Avatar: The Last Airbender Fusion)
Rating: PG-13 for innuendo, swearing, violence.
Spoilers: None for either series that I am aware of.
Warnings: This *does* invoke a lot of Glee storylines, so among other things, look out for issues of racism, sexism, misogyny, dub-con, homophobia, ableism, and that's just off the top of my head. Also keep in mind that the Avatar!World is a bit 'behind' our own values in many ways, often times to help deliver a lesson of some sort.
Word Count: ~400,000 so far
Summary: Kurt Hummel, the current Avatar, finds a Firebending teacher in the young Prince Blaine. Is that all he finds? Or will circumstances conspire to push them into becoming more, to the world and each other?

Author’s Note: This is the master post for Solar Winds, my Glee/Avatar: The Last Airbender Fusion Fic. For those who might not know what that means-- it is essentially the Glee characters fused into the universe of Avatar: The Last Airbender, starring in an original story all their own. My goal is write them in-character in this universe while giving them unique, wildly different backstories written as though they'd always existed in this 'verse.
The first chapter contains a small summary of the Avatar: The Last Airbender universe for those who have not watched the show-- and yes, this is the show universe. Movie? What movie? >_> I try to explain anything that needs explaining, but I'm also trying to write without dropping in too much exposition at once, instead just weaving in context clues and hoping that's enough to give a decent idea of what's going on.
