Ugh, had to wake up early today because I'm working the night shift. There was no way I could stay up all night, so I slept a few hours and then I'm going to stay up until this morning. Do you use Afrin as your sinus rinse? That's the only one that works for me.

I use the sinus rinse from the guy who created the Neti pot. Except I don't use the Neti pot, I use the one that squirts the saline up your nose. It feels really weird, but it helps decrease the swelling.
