IIRC they landed in that parallel dimension by chance, but the Tardis can't cross them - it was alternate!Torchwood the one with the dimension-crossing technology but then the passage was closed.

Interesting question! Maybe it's a replica, like the Mokonas?

OMG AWESOME. Poor Watanuki, how you gonna carry the TARDIS to the Tsubasa gang?

You'd think the Ten/Rose shippers would use Mokona for their reunion fic, but I guess climbing through Mokona's mouth is not the most romantic means of travel XD

I never read any DW fics (yet), but I guess they've thought of a few original methods... no Mokona though? That disappoints me! Rose could, like, have an excuse to land in the Doctor's arms after being teleported by the manjuu!
Wait, maybe that's the way they're gonna do it in the new series?
