I really should send out those Christmas cards that were originally supposed to go out in packages with cookies, because clearly the packages are going to be delayed a bit. Though at this point obviously they're not going to be in time to be Christmas cards even.

One of my many dreams last night involved the taste of mustard. Haven't dreamed about food in a while. :P

Grocery shopping
Start cleaning the house
Stuff I can cook ahead of time

So apparently you have to get there when the doors open. Also apparently they show Ghostbusters as part of their film series every year, so next year we know to bring a picnic dinner and get there early. :P ( Read more... )

So... in the last couple of weeks I've been to Chicago, a drag show, and an Alice Cooper concert. Friday Sarah and I are going to see Ghostbusters at the IMA. Sunday we have two couples coming over for a cookout. It's like... I have a life all of a sudden or something.

Berek is married. Long day. On the way home we stopped in Santa Monica to check out the amusement park on the pier--kind of a cut-rate Coney Island. The best part was the building with the carousel and several old coin-operated machines.
