So, these new Grey's spoilers are not making me happy.  I watch Grey's Anatomy.  Grey's as in Meredith Grey.  I have no interest in watching this new Everybody's Anatomy.  Especially when everybody only includes a measly TWO of the fabbity fab five.  I mean seriously, what is this crap?  I'm very, very happy that The Office is already making me

I know. That's just bleak. :/ I'm trying to stay positive but it's not so easy when there's so much depressing stuff and absolutely nothing about MerDer. Even a three second clip of those two would make me feel so much better.

Yeah, this is the first time I've been actually depressed about a new season of Grey's. Like I kinda just don't want it to come at all because I'm not looking forward to suffering through all the bits without Meredith. Not to mention all the awful new people. I think Shonda underestimates the power of the fab five and how much people watch for them and MerDer. Ugh. D:

Thanks! I'm trying to write as speedily as I can while also writing other things. It is hard, isn't it? I wish updates didn't take me forever, but I was not blessed with speedy writing genes. I'm a little bit better now that I've discovered my new secret trick of covering the screen with a sheet of paper so I can't see what I'm typing (because I will sit for hours and edit and edit and edit the first sentence to death and never get to the rest of it). But this way, no editing allowed until it's all there, and that seems to be working better. Anyways hopefully this chapter will write itself quickly.

First of all, YAY for The Scene and YAY for you for working on it. I can't wait to read it!

At the other end of the scale are my feelings regarding the latest Grey's news. I agree, it's very depressing. Honestly I wouldn't care at all about Izzie taking a break if it meant that Meredith would get more screen time, but that doesn't seem to be what's going to happen. And this talk about adding new characters to make GA like ER scares me. I want it to be like itself - like the fabulous, funny, sad, entertaining show it can be. And its strength is the relationships between the core cast members....oh WHY WHY WHY are they messing with our show? Well....I guess we'll just have to wait and see, but I'm certainly hoping that at the very least we get some major MerDer in the second half of the season. Unless of course PD is off making a movie. Gulp...

Yay! I'm definitely working on it, so it should take less than two months this time! :D

And yeah, I'm kinda dreading season six at this point. I too would be fine with Izzie gone for awhile if it meant more Mer, but no Mer, no Izzie and no George just doesn't seem to me like the show I fell in love with. I never watched ER, but I don't want Grey's to become ER. I liked Grey's the way it was, with the characters we've grown to love over the past five years. :(
