For serious, you guys.  I was all kinds of efficient today.  Which was nice because it is one of my favorite things to be.  Probably because I am so rarely anything like efficient at all.  But...  Today!  I got all of the next chapter of LitToS written AND edited into something that's approaching presentable.  It's another long one too.  9,300

I hadn't heard that rumor but...Seriously? I didn't think Cristina could even have kids anymore because of what happened in S2. Maybe it wasn't as serious as I'm thinking, but at the very least I would think she might have a difficult time GETTING pregnant after that

Yeah, I think it's a very, very awful, horrible, bad rumor. Cristina should have a hard time getting pregnant after what happened when she lost the baby last time. I want none of this super fertile Cristina and her magical Owen babies

I didn't know she had twittered about it not being a baby...I'll have to go and see if I can find that (I just recently joined the twittering world and added her as a follower yesterday in fact) So, there goes my "maybe McBaby" theory! LOL!

My other thought, like you is a civil ceremony...I TOTALLY can NOT see Mer in a wedding dress with all the glitz and glam...It's just NOT Meredith and Derek. Entirely too traditional for them. Although, I do smile big time seeing those promo pics of her in that dress. Still, it's not her...At all.

I'm hanging on to PD's words and my civil union theory...Unless Shonda tweets about that and blows that one as well. LOL!

Yeah, it basically said Mer isn't pregnant now, won't be pregnant 6 weeks from now, and won't be pregnant 6 months from now. Which just totally wrecks my day. I want to have their McBaby already! Although if there's a time jump, I suppose they could leap forward 6 months and one day and have her pregnant. [/wishfulthinking]

And I definitely agree they're not the fancy wedding type people. I think a civil ceremony type thing is so much more them. They're understated and not at all traditional, and just...this would be perfect!!!

yay! so excited about the new chapter that will hopefully be up soon! I'm in desperate need of some good MerDerness because of this dreadful hiatus...oh and don't worry Christina and Owen WILL NOT have a baby. Its not going to happen because Meredith and Derek are going to have a baby and its going to be the most adorable thing Grey's Anatomy has ever seen. (thats what I keep telling myself anyway) Well have a blast in Greece! I will miss your updates and I guess when you get back we will have seen the next new episode!

Ohh I hope you're right about Cris/Owen. I really, really want a chance to see MerDer become parents, and I'm afraid they won't if Shonda gives the baby plot to Cristina instead.

Greece: shorts, sundresses, a few shorts or capris, sunglasses, sunscreen and pjs (if you wear any). Many of my friends have been or are from Greece and say how colorful and perfect the water is. Food is even better. I thinks it's a pretty casual place. Beware of the Uzo. Goes STRAIGHT to one's head. Ooppa!

LitToS: Really hoping you an post the next chapter before you board. I really do like it and I think we all feel the gap of the GA episodes and are all still in wonderland from the Mer/Der engagement. Have a great break anyways.

Has this been defused yet? Where was I? I, like, JUST saw this 'cause I'm so clever like that. :P Maybe it got mixed up in one of those email alerts I ignored so I wouldn't see anything about an episode yet? Maybe? 'Cause i have no idea how I missed this post.

Anyway. Pregnant Cristina would be SLKGLDKFNGBARF. Pregnant Mer! Pregnant Mer! Actually I'm not even sure I'd like that yet. (Things are very strange in my head sometimes. A McBaby would be ridiculously SQUEE but I want them to be married and unscandalous first, k show? Pregnant Grownup Doctor!Mer does not need unmarried+baby gossip. Show? Listen to me please.)

Heee. Random and rambley comments amuse me. Let's see, the pregnant Cristina thing. It's seeming much less likely now that there would be an Owen/Cris baby. Which makes me very happy because I HATE that idea. With lots and lots of hate. If anyone should be getting a baby, it's Mer. But yeah, it might be nice to see her and Der do things all in order for a change with the getting married and then deciding to have a baby instead of a surprise baby before they're married. Although I'd be happy either way because...MCBABY!!
