Okay, I didn't grab a bettery charger from a car before it was junked. I've not thought too much about it other than to get a cheap one..did that.
I just got back from the store. Before I left though I let the dog out but found a plastic bag on the back of the boat in front of the garage, packaging for a new lock. Huh.. I look over to the garage..

Still thinks he's going to get his driver screening and pass that then be allowed to go to the RMV and pass that driving exam then get his license back. He also thinks he's going to the VA and they'll magically find he doesn't have dementia..
