My flist is full of Yuletide glee/panic *g*

(for the record I read my assignment and thought "I would LOVE to read that, why did I never consider it before" and then remembered that I have to write it :P but I'm still excited if a little terrified)

Also I now have my very own Archive Of Our Own account so I might spend some of today attempting

Ooh Archive of Our Own is so pretty and now I want to do LOTS of writing just so it can be there and be pretty. *signing up*

My Yuletide doesn't seem as difficult as last year's thankfully! :) I found last year's a major challenge.

It really is VERY pretty! I feel somewhat stupid because I'm starting by putting all my HP fic up which is.... somewhat old and rubbish but it's all in one place and easy to find so it seemed like a good place to get used to the Archive. Plus I am planning to put everything up there rather than disappearing the really old stuff *g*

This year's is more inspiring but harder than last year's I think. Maybe.

I am extremely glad that most of my old fics seem to have disappeared. :) I really want to start writing more though. It's been years since I've written properly. I've a terrible habit of "writing" entire series in my head but never actually committing them to paper - my brain works so much faster than my hands and I get so bored writing them down or typing them. I need to be more disciplined about it.

Oh I do that! I wrote a whole sequel to my Chalet fic in my head but never got more than the first page actually down :-S

I guess maybe this should be my chance to lose older fic but I sort of... IDK I like that it's there somewhere and because I can give it it's original posting date I think i's clear it's older stuff. Maybe I'll give it all a Pseud at some point "morganmuffle's first fic" :P
