Oh I'm glad I took today off as sort of holiday because otherwise I'd have gone into work and probably keeled over and never got to the theatre whereas this way I am having a very do-nothing day and hopefully will cope with the theatre (my priorities are just fine thank you very much ( Read more... )

Oh I tried that! I fed him (which gained me five minutes) then I pointed out where his food very much still was (which gained me another five) and now he's back on my lap *rolls eyes*

Possibly, he does give good hugs it's true. I figured he could stay put seeing as I'm going out in a minute or two and then he'll have to curl up on his own,

Thank you! I think I might feel a bit better but it wasn't exactly the sort of play to perk me up I fear, mid-20th century history very rarely is!
