I keep thinking all this sun is odd for this time of year but then I realised it really isn't so odd... all the news recently reminding us it's Tony Blair's 10th anniversary in office reminded me of going off to school on that first morning after the elections in the bright warm sunshine with the feeling that everything was just about to change
