I've seen a couple of people doing this challenge on facebook & LJ (none on instagram because I still don't really believe instagram is a site for anything except posting pictures on twitter... I mean I KNOW people use it in its own right but that fact has never really sunk in for me). ANYWAY. It looks fun so I'm going to have a go.

I thought about doing this, and then realised I was stuck on the very first one, so not a great start. I can suddenly only think of Pride and Prejudice, and as I've never read it, I don't really want to put it! Never mind hey. :) (ooh, I might have just come up with one, so maybe I will manage it after all!)

As soon as you've seen a good one it's SO hard to think of anything else! I did have a browse ahead and I may get stuck yet but we'll see *g*

It's true! I wondered about putting "It was the best of times, it was the worst of times" because it really is iconic but I've never actually read the book so it felt like cheating.

I think that's exactly what they're expecting? Perhaps a book on time management or travel?

Fair point. I think I was unfairly influenced by reading Santa's Diary (by Shoo Rayner) in which one of the elves tries to modernise Santa's workshop using flowcharts and email... but of course time management is really his thing.

It is a weird question though.
