I know! This is always the problem with films I'm at all fannish about and anything remotely Tolkien related definitely amps up the expectation and fear!
For all sorts of family reasons we won't see The Hobbit till next week - I'm baby sitting for Fledge and partner to go on Tuesday then we're booked for Wednesday. I'm wondering whether to avoid social networks completely over the weekend... But at least there can't be actual spoilers!!
No plot spoilers certainly! LJ's still pretty good for spoilercuts but Tumblr and Twitter are likely to be a nightmare for avoiding spoilers.
Or at least I suppose it depends on your definition of spoiler- twitter will probably have a lot of reactions but not necessarily detailed stuff whereas Tumblr is just spoiler central all the time!

Or at least I suppose it depends on your definition of spoiler- twitter will probably have a lot of reactions but not necessarily detailed stuff whereas Tumblr is just spoiler central all the time!
