Well, as expected, my presence at work today was entirely pointless but I promised I'd go in in case and I did get a bunch of random tidying/admin done and I do now have some lovely TOIL to take (makes it much easier to get to the theatre when I can leave work an hour early

I do actually have more than one watch *g*

I own 2 stainless steel watches from Swatch that look a bit the same, eh, and a swiss watch that was given to me by my brother, which is bigger (like a man's watch) and which I actually prefer to use especially at work (since it has date/time stuff on it). Am thinking of buying a really pretty one, but am looking for a specific one and well it might take time...

actually, now i come to think of it, i have three because as well as the gold one from gran (that my grandfather found on the street many years ago and handed in to the police, only to have it returned to him when no one claimed it:) i have gran's huge faced one that she wore after her eyes had almost completely gone. as the only granddaughter, i inherited all of my gran's jewellery, only one or two pieces i would ever wear but none of it i would ever give up :)
also, sitting in a basket on my chest of drawers, i still have my last everyday watch that stopped working when it went through the washing machine, but i don't think that counts...

I have lots of watches scattered about somewhere, but I don't actually wear any of them, mostly because wrist watches don't fit me. :( When I did wear watches, they tended to be necklace ones on long chains, but I gave up on them as they never kept time. :(

Tumblr Saviour It should help you remain spoiler free on tumblr at least- this is for Dr Who but I imagine you can use any tag really. So Glee or The Good Wife or whatever.

I don't own any because I break watches *g* Normal ones stop working after anything from a few hours to a few days (even with someone else taking care of the winding up to make sure it's not me doing something wrong). Apparently some people do that, but even digital ones give up the ghost in about half the usual time, so I have no clue what it is.
