I think it is better to kick the puppy then have the puppy drive to the wrong state, do the wrong things, or make life in general bad for you.

Or worse have the kicked puppy drive OFF the road or get into a crash, etc etc. She can be a hurt puppy at home and stew, better than her driving angry or whichever.

I do understand and empathize about the passive-aggressive reactions or making a big deal out of a non-issue and not being able to comprehend the actual big deal. SIGH. That said, in all the years I've known her, she seems to have a pension for over-drama-llama on petty little things and thinking serious things are no biggie.

She hasn't decided who is the bigger asshole, Linda or I. She also hasn't decided if she hates me, and just feels I treated her like a two yr old.( Told her last nite, I would move if she wanted me to, of course I don't think she realizes if I do she is fucked), I messaged her cousin Wanda, and told her what happened. I figured Wanda needs to know what's going on and has some context if Carol calls her. So all in all Carol is super angry at me, doesn't understand why I did this and I am the bad guy. I feel like a monster.

this. tho i'm sorry it went that way. i often feel like the babysitter, or like i'm being resented for being the babysitter, or both. *hug* i'm sure it could have gone better, but it's pretty hard to keep it light when someone refuses to take care of themselves. :(
