oh wow, this is LOVELY. that dream was so well writen, and SCARY even in how ridiculous it was, and then I couldn't stop snickering over the cock stuff. ;P

so.. yes. Wonderful. :D

Not going to lie, the dream was made even creepier to me through the fact that the opening words, "pass the salt", were my great-grandfather's dying words. Naturally, I expected the utterer to drop dead the next line, and am glad he did not. I very much liked this, it's amusing in it's absurdity, scary in the direction the dream turned, and sweet and funny by means of Finn's consolation and Kurt's second dream. It also reminds me of the "logic" applied to many of the dreams I have, except his dream seems to have condensed any of the "epic saga" qualities into a singular event of trying, and failing to pass salt, complete with peculiar objects, having no clue why people are saying what they're saying, and a great deal of partially broad, partially personal symbolism. Like Figgins' Elvis get-up, I laughed particularly hard at because he mentions having a phase in his twenties in which he dressed like Elvis. Either the ancient dreambook has an Elvis entry, it's a coincidence, or playing with unrelated things from the show. I find that ( ... )

Finally got to read this. I should get a dream dictionary though I doubt it has the things I dream about - very odd dreams (or dreamer?) here too. Hee. But this was so endearing in a stumble and set right sort of way, which paralleled their relationship too. It's lovely, Morgan. ♥
