i think this is a good idea for you to have the break, though i think you were actually coping amazingly well this is definitely the right decision. i understand fully how you feel. have you tried sodium valporate (epilim) yet? it's ace.

Yes, I was on that (Depakote) before this one. May ask to swop back as it didn't make me so drowsy.
