I LOVE this.

I love the quiet reluctance in Jack to say anything and the fact Jenny pulls him from his slump without even realising it. The sort of quiet connection there between them. It's completely lovely.

I'm glad. I love what they have developing between them, and the influence that Jack's starting to have in her life already.

I'd say something else, but I've exhausted my non-culinary Italian knowledge. You know. ;)

Me tooo. I think they have an interesting dynamic. He doesn't get to do the parental type thing often, but it definitely has that vibe about it.

Now what dad himself will say remains to be seen.

Culinary is fine. Linguine, penne gnocchi quattro formaggio.

It does. And Jenny will see things different from, say, Alice because she's not human, wasn't raised with those values, and has all that military stuff bouncing around her brain.
