Cut back slowly to give your mind and body a chance to adjust..dont go cold turkey..it will only make you a nutcase and relapse back later.
Practice self control. Dont let those things control you..you have control over whether or not you smoke one or not.
If you are stressed out, consider medical help for anxiety temporarily. It worked wonders for me.
The reason I stress this is my roommate who had picked smoking back up 2 months ago, ended up with a collapsed lung and had to have a tube put in to reinflate it. Hes still recovering.

I thank you for your offer of support...but I'm afraid I'm not ready to quit right now. I know I shouldn't let it control me, but it is right now...I'm already smoking close to my old amount and it's only been a week. It IS crazy.
I am confident I will try to quit again, and I know sooner is better than later, but right now, I'm afraid I'm going to continue smoking.
