So I took off work today to recover. I also stayed out of the gym and skipped my NEPA walk. I did however get all 5 shakes in. No food for me. I'm also not going to keep up with the shake outline but needless to say I am hurting. Between the sickness and the injury I am very tired. My stomach is also cramping right now. Probably screaming
