My mom recommended Hamilton, in fact. I'm just wary about her because I don't know how well the phrases 'IKEA sex' and 'Mary Sue' would go over in my reviews >_> Then again, I might end up using a Forgotten Realms novel for the Fantasy one, and some of those characters are straight-up Sues and Stus.
I think it would, but I also have to take into consideration that I only have five days to read a whole novel and review it. I was thinking about trying to swing "Mazes and Monsters" since it's short and I'll have plenty of fodder to explain its history-ness. Or else Catch-22. Though I can check to see if Friends has any of those. Read the backs to see if they're interesting.
