i hadn't actually looked through most of it for fear of spoiling any of the novel; glad you are enjoying.

Yeah, it is better than the cover would let you think it is. If a graphic novel of it existed I might dig for it, just to have it, you know?

I am near to finishing Shadow & Claw. I won't be able to continue until we get back in the second half and that won't happen until we're in the new store and are ordering inventory again. I did order a copy of the Lexicon Urthus, as I find myself a little at-sea with much of the book.

The Lexicon Urthus is just fun to have; what words are putting you adrift? It is awesome that you are near finishing & sad that store moving is in the way; I'll see if I can't figure something out.

It's less the specific uses of words. When I say at-sea I mean more the sense that there's something past the edges of the story to understand, much like the sense of a world and it's history pleasingly pervades Tolkien's work. There's a mystery in the Book of the New Sun and I want to explore it and the gloss and index are my favored methods of doing that.
