Oh, it seems I even didn't read ch.12 of Abled.
Spike is a doctor indeed, having even the papers to prove it! Hehe and the other doc didn't expect him to because of how he looks. :)
Awe, Buffy reacted because she feared he would leave.
13: Oh my.. they brought Faith back. That will be more devastating for Buffy I fear.

In Death, Release:
Seems as if this wasn't a simple claiming ritual. This one was more. (And a lot more painful).
