There's a mini article in this month's Car and Driver which shows how the Japanese auto makers have basically been lying on their SAE horsepower ratings (for quite a number of years now).

Went to BevMo's today and got BALTIKA beer from LENINGRAD (St. Petersburg)! I got the #8 "unfiltered" wheat ale and the #9 pale lager. The #8 is fucken awesome. Maybe it's brewed for the Russian tongue but it's the tastiest most satisfying beer I've ever had. No aftertaste, no hidden nasty surprises.
