[for Miguel - February 15th]
It's been a long time since Lennox has had any sort of romance in his life and while he's mostly okay with that -- mostly likes it, actually -- it's been so damn long that he didn't immediately question Miguel the night before when he got a little... well, mushy. At the time, it had seemed a little strange, but they'd been in the moment and after the sex, Lennox had a bad habit of pretty much falling fast asleep.
Now that he's awake, though, he's lying on his back and staring at the ceiling and wondering what exactly happened. For as long as they've been doing this thing they're doing, Miguel has always seemed vaguely uncomfortable with the whole thing and while it's gotten easier lately, it's still not like they're prancing around the island holding hands.
Hal noses her head under his hand and Lennox pats her absently, rubbing her ears and still staring up at the ceiling. Beside him, Miguel is asleep and Lennox tips his head against the pillow to look over.
