That sucks :-( It sounds like AOL's schemes to keep paying for their dial-up service, only AOL is very well known for being an evil company. I also find it very hard to say no, and often have to rely on my husband to do such things for me if I relize I'm going to end up saying yes ahead of time sufficiently to do something about it.

I hope you're able to get your money back, but I think that disputing the charge is doable. My husband got tied up in something similar (he got signed up for this monthly 'service' when he ordered something for me from backinthesaddle.com. He wasn't able to get back all his money, as it took him 6 months to realize it was going on, but I believe he was able to get two months back).

Anyway, good luck. I hope they're sensible and undo the fee rather than forcing you to screw with the credit card company, but I think the credit card company will come out on your side.
