When I bought the car I was told it had a 340 in it, although after getting it I learned that at least the bottom half is 360-I'm assuming with 340 heads, as I've been told that was a popular combination for racing back in the day. Since I wasn't even thought of during the muscle car era, I have to go on people's word on that. Transmission is a 727 with a reverse manual valve body, somewhere in the neighborhood of a 2500 stall.
