Yay, iPhone! Even more yay, a customer service representative that kicks ass - wow! The DMV has generally gotten great, and I noticed when I lost my wallet awhile back that the credit card customer service was a lot better than it used to be - but I figured phone companies would be last bastion of bad service. Go her for rockin' it!
