GO YOU!!! Oh, I bet your bones and joints are so happy you've dropped some of the weight. Not to mention how much tighter your ass has surely gotten! ;)

That's a lot of weight in a short amount of time. And you still have a further goal to look at, and you'll be AMAZING looking. (I mean, you look good NOW...)

Thank you. I'm actually looking forward to Buddy's confinement as a chance to switch my workout from walking to a bit of video stuff again. I need to tone some parts and my cardio bootcamp DVD will be perfect (and a nice switch to keep me motivated).

I've been thinking about getting rollerblades for after Buddy is all better again -- there's a great path near here that's 2 miles long. With the blades, I can skate (and work those quads) while he gets to run a bit faster. We shall see.

Oh, and I totally thought of you when I learned that my ten year old nephew is all excited about doing a Jeopardy qualifying test for 10-12 year olds tonight :). Any pointers for him?
