He was so sweet. I asked if I could take his pic and he just stared at me. So I looked up at his dad (you never want parents to think your some freaky pervert) and asked him. He seemed confused but said sure. Then while I went to get the camera Chris explained that I collect moose and all and then the dad seemed much more at ease.

Hee, yes, the moose thing is not a common obsession, but still -- so cute! Baby! With mooses!

*snuggles you*

No rush, really. I've got another fic back from Brandi to work on. Plus NaNo. And work, so take your time.

Isn't that kid adorable. That's why my ovaries were exploding. :)

So cute with the mooses!!

That's VERY similar to my chili recipe but I'm going to try your version this weekend. Yummmy - so good to have in the fridge when you don't feel like cooking. LOL

I love being able just pull a bag out of the freezer even at the last minute. Last time I pulled it out at 6pm, put it in the sink under hot water for a few minutes until I could break it up some then dumped it in a pot on the stove. 30 minutes later it was ready and Chris was home. Chili rocks. At some point I'll post my white chicken chili recipe too.

I love the moose child. :)

I can never have too many chili recipes.

Or soup. Or stew. Or "stoup" as Rachael Ray calls it. ;)

I love soup. And stew. And chili. We eat a lot of meals in bowls in my house. I have four big pasta bowls and eight deep soup/cereal bowls. It's not unusual for me to run the dishwasher and have it only have one or two plates, but all my bowls inside. :)

I just died when the kid came to the door. I was all "Chris! Come here! It's a moose!" and flailing and just ... he was soooooo cute, brandi. I wanted to wrap him up and keep him all to myself.

And, yes, Edgar's almost as big as the kid. *g*

The work news rocked my world.

Too frickin' cute for words! But he looks SO cold! No wonder the parental units drove them around. And the chili recipe looks quite yummy. And YEAH YAY YIPPEE YAI OH! for the extra getting the extra 5% back. that is just awesome.
I am listening to the interviews on the Slings and Arrows page and Paul Gross seems to have some strange facial tics. It was very distracting and not very sexy at all. I am shocked - he fell a few inches off of his pedastal for me.

It was definitely cold. I would have liked to sit outside to give away candy, but no way. :)

Paul is ... sexy, but odd.

I am watching it again - or rather listening to it again. He's very articulate and interesting and really really loves what he does but those face tics are something else. I watched Martha too and she does the same thing - almost overexpressing their faces. Maybe it's an actor thing. I do love his voice though. I could easily have this playing while I fell asleep. I would buy ANY book on tape if PG did it.

Could you link me to the PG interviews on the Slings & Arrows page? I do not know this page and I am all PG! YAY!

thank you, kindly. *g*
