Have any of you fine folks ever used Cafe Press? What did you think of it? Specifically, how was the quality, and what were they like to deal with?

I have a couple of stores there. I will say that the printing on solid stuff like housewares (mugs, mousepads, etc.) is really good. I've had a mug for like 10 years and the color hasn't faded. The paper goods (cards, postcards, stickers) are nifty.

I haven't ordered a t-shirt in a long time, though. I believe they've changed the printing process and it might be better than what they had a couple years ago.

Are you thinking of setting up a store?

Thanks! I thought I remembered you'd done some business with them.

We're thinking of doing some T-shirts for the cactus nursery. We did some years ago, and it was just a huge pain trying to keep inventory on hand. Somebody was always asking for a size or style or color we didn't have. A place like Cafe Press would be perfect if it works like it seems to.

I bought a mug for my dad with one of his favorite comics on it. It was awhile ago, but I don't seem to remember any problems. Maybe a little on the expensive side, but I was (and still somewhat am) a poor college student, so everything seemed expensive.

Yeah, they did seem a bit pricey, but for good-quality stuff it might be worth it for the convenience of having a store through them. Thanks!

Yay! That's four positive and no negative votes so far. I think we might need to look into setting up a store for the cactus nursery.
