I just finished the book I was reading, and need another.

I love this moment.  I haven't chosen what to read next yet, so my entire, vast collection of books is available to me!  It's such a fabulous feeling, I actually get butterflies in my stomach and little gasps of glee keep bubbling up.  Now, what to choose...

The dress is fantastic. You look wonderful!!

It could be worse. I could be sitting on "Stefan" while eating breakfast. IKEA names puzzle me as well.

Maybe I should try reading one book at a time and enjoy that feeling...

Depending on who sits on you, that is not necessarily a bad thing. As to IKEA, I think you should get royalties for every "Stefan" chair sold. Nothing like being a chair and getting paid for it.

I always snack on uncooked pasta when cooking some. It's a good thing.

You can even purchase a CD of cultural revolution songs that comes with its own little red book, red guard pin and Mao poster. One sad aspect of Maoism is how brutal the music was. Rather than draw on the rich Chinese musical tradition, they opted for third-rate imitations of Soviet music.
