i think u transfered 13.24 instead of the 13.50 u mentioned.

anywae i think u didnt see e excel file correctly

11.04 is shipping only .. ur post is 3 ( as its over 1kg and this 3 is inclusive of 50 cents misc charge)

n as ive mentioned i counted wrongly for shipping i counted less .. ur shipping is actually 11.04 + 1.44

so if u want by registered.. total to top up would be actually

11.04 + 1.44 + 3 + 2.20 =17.68

so u still have to top up 4.18 more
