Unhappy tidings
Fantasia, one of the horses belonging to my roommate died yesterday morning, she was old so it's not entirely a shock, but it still sucks.
In other news I'll be returning to WI tomorrow night, hopefully my baggage will all follow me as yes it finally rejoined me, though several days late. -
Bagless in Virginia
So my connecting flight from Detroit to Richmond was Canceled Monday night by the time I arrived in Detroit. Luckily there was a flight to Norfolk and my sister drove to that more distant airport to pick me up. When a gang of laborers tear down and then put up a roof, it sounds like someone is knocking on the door to your brain from all around you. Two days of that is rather annoying, however, less annoying than the roof falling in.

Back from the southland
Yeah, I just made it back from my vacation in Virginia.
Got to see family, friends and zebras, so it was nice.
Also got to drive a Grady White boat and nearly get run over by a cargo freighter in the process.
All in all a fun time. -
