Well... I'm still all for R/M in the first two seasons and I just blame the writers this season for making him blatently not give one that shes dead... but he did seem to genuinely love her back then when Guy just wanted to get into her pants when she was at her most vulnerable...
but now I see that they have made it out to be that Guy was the one who loved her most, even though he burnt her house down and imprisoned her in the castle so she couldnt see her poor dying daddy etc etc
Yes, I readily admit that Guy has issues; in fact, back on RH2006, I always labeled Guy as "unhinged." However, that doesn't mean his feelings for Marian weren't genuine.
And just based on where the characters are going and what they've done, I am now fully convinced that Guy's feelings for Marian were more genuine, honest and long-lasting than Robin's. Again, of course, I go back to Guy being unhinged, so no - he didn't show those feelings properly. He went about a lot of things all wrong, but after much debate, I think eppy 6 proves that Guy did, in fact, love her...
