His name is Matthew and he's the younger brother of Alfred (America) is it jones???? Anyway, he's a rare character with blue eyes and wavyish blonde-brown hair, almost orange in tone. He carries a polar bear he forgets the name of and he wears winter coats. Also, jokingly, Matthew can rant at Alfred and make Alfred cry when he tells him his fault.
