Thank you, Sweetie. Your boxes of goodness have been awesome. Jack claimed all of the pirate type shirts. He was so excited to see them! Me? I just love mail. :)

I still have a bunch of stuff amassed for you, but I haven't been able to send it because I've been so sick. Sorry about that. As soon as I'm better able to get around, I will keep going through my stuff to see what can be parted with (I have a lot and I don't use most of it, particularly art).

FEMA sucks and everyone knows it. Dorie had, after Ike and Gustav, a woman in her complex turned down for aid because --- get this --- she and her children each had a set of clothes. They were, however, the only clothes they owned and they were pajamas. You know what FEMA gave us, which was next to nothing (still paying off those bills and never did get the roof repaired).

Byron could be Athena's buddy. She is training but damn, it is hard to do while in someone else's house, ya know?

Athena is working on "pick up" right now. My big problem is how excited she gets about people. I hope we can curb that soon. She is just 7 months old and such a baby.

Heyla;

i sent you a box [mostly jeans and TShirts for you]. and i just found out that it had been returned [my "return address" isn't where i live, it's my parents' house, for a dozen reasons].

i don't know *WHY* it was returned, won't until wenesday, but i'm assuming that i wrote something very wrong...

and i had deleted everything [i try to do that, sigh]

so hopefully i can get it back out wens or thurs, should i use the address above for that?

Yes, the address above is where I am for the next few weeks. Even if I am not here, I babysit KC's kids so I see her daily!
