Well that's over (until the next one).
Final appointment complete! Basically today was an appointment to see if I'm still in need of the treatment I've been on the waiting list for since last July! Anyway, it seems I still am (which I already knew), and I might actually get to the top of the list sometime in September. Oh the wonders of the National Health Service, free to everyone

I have to admit that it's been nearly a decade since I last worked after my then employer gave me the option between ill-health retirement and the sack. I went for the option that gave me a small pension and have been surviving on that and invalidity benefit ever since.
