The average rating of my fics at tfn is a big, nice, symmetrical 8.
It just occured to me that perhaps I just might be a crappy writer.
*shrugs* Oh well.. As long as I enjoy writing, I will. The good thing about having a low fan-base is that you dissapoint less people when you eventually stop.

rant, tfn, writing

Consider this your friendly slap-across-the-face-don't-be-silly post! You are not a crappy writer!! Trust me, I know enough about writing that I can recognize crap. :)

Uh, they have fic rating at TFN? I had no idea... Or do you mean the average reader's ratings from the archived stuff? Hey, at least you GOT archived. :P They turned down the only thing I've submitted so far.

I think I'm repeating myself but rest assured about your writing abilities. You're one of the best writers out here. :)

I just found your LJ when wandering through LJ land after getting a journal myself... and based on what I've seen on ff.net (I have the same name, there), you are definitely NOT a crappy writer.

There's a reason I review religiously! It's good stuff! I don't read just anything, you know, since I'm writing myself and have limited time to spend on reading.

So let me assure you... you rock. :P

*hugs* Thank you my dear. I was a bit down in the dumps back then, although I'm over it now. :) I still don't think I'm great but at least, I'm more sensible about my work now.

I friended you. I hope you don't mind. :)
