He looks physically and mentally exhausted, but he's managing a small smile. Sensei told him he improved; that was all he said, and Tsubasa didn't

This boy looks familiar. In fact, very familiar, somewhere between Shin himself and Shin in his Kunzite costume. Very odd, that. He suspects this is the boy he's met before.

"Ichiou Tsubasa?" he asks, just to be sure.

"That's right, tou-" He catches himself. "Shin-san." Man, that felt weird. "Sorry," he apologizes, a hand behind his head, "Keep forgetting..."

"Ah, no!" Shin waves off the apology with a hand. He smiles. "I'm glad to see you again. But you look very tired."

Tsubasa shakes his head. "It's fine," he says with a grin, "I'm taking training lessons, that's all." He gently rests a hand on the blade at his side, more out of instinct than anything.

Kunzite emerges just a few moments after Tsubasa. He closes the door behind him. It hasn't been long, at least for him - there is always the possibility of time progressing differently for another world - since Tsubasa started these lessons, but the improvement is there. As expected, he tells himself. He does not ask himself whether those expectations are too high. He finds a chair of his own, and sits comfortably.

Immediately straightening upon seeing Kunzite, Tsubasa picks up an unopened water from his side, offering it to his sensei. he was probably thirsty, too, after all.

Kunzite takes the water, and takes a sip to test it before drinking it in large swallows. It's cold, refreshing. After a few mouthfuls, he thinks to ask, "On your own, where do you practice with your sword?"

Swallowing some water before replying, Tsubasa nods a bit. "There's a place not too far from my house," he explains, "An abandoned lot that used to have this creepy mansion. Nobody goes there because they think it's haunted, so I can practice there in peace."
