And yet somehow...there was a small bit of her that could not help but pity. Pity Le Fay that she was not back in Transylvania. Why? Because she'd (supposedly) revealed the truth to Vampir about her real mother's death in a way Dracul did not? Because she (apparently) was going to die soon and it was best to just humor her? Or something else entirely that, if Vampir explored it, she would not like the answer she got? Already she wasn't liking it.
Yet she said the first thing that came to mind anyhow]

A delighted smirk curves on Mirror's countenance as she sweeps into view with graceful movements. "It's been a while." Not really, perhaps (who knew, given the Moonlocket's sense of time), but it was a polite formality that was given with anything but sincerity.
"Have you made any progress in destroying those detestable senshi?"

I've been stuck in this place, and there is no sign of any senshi.

"A foolish presumption," Mirror says, a somewhat condescending smirk forming. "To think the sailor senshi will simply come to you."
Mirror turns around again, gesturing to the throne. "Do you think they'll simply wander in while you do nothing? The senshi are stupid, but they're not mindless."
