It's better than fine. Though it probably hasn't quite entered Nephrite's head that this means a girl will be cooking dinner for him. Jadeite will probably tease him endlessly if he founds out.

"Make sure it's spicy," he tells Makoto.

This is good, this is good. He'll get a nice cooked meal delivered by a pretty girl. (Shoot, he noticed.) Doesn't get much better than that. She can even stay a little while.

"Do you need more ingredients?" They're still at the store, after all.

"Let's go to the front." He'd sort of rather finish this and get out of here. Maybe he can convince her to come back for awhile if she doesn't have anything she has to take home right away.

Nephrite finishes through his line, and a quick glance towards the doors notices Makoto waiting. He heads over to her instead of outside.

"Something happen?"

"I guess not." To his rather unsophisticated palate (sorry, Mako-chan), curry just tastes like the curry sauce and spices. It's hard to distinguish the different vegetables. "Anything they usually put in is fine."

"Yeah." He isn't sure what he's supposed to say now. "Uh, you come a lot anyway, so do it whenever you want."

"Yeah. Tomorrow's..." Great, fantastic, better than he'd hoped, "...fine."
