Only after his kata is complete does Kunzite relax. His weapon is slowly lowered, and standing in place, he turns only his head toward his fellow shitennou, calling out without looking,

"Zoisite."

"You have nothing to fear," he answers calmly, remaining still, clearly finish, for the moment, with his training. "I do not hold you responsible for the workings of the nexus."

He allows his counterpart to watch only until the kata is finished, when he lowers his weapon and turns his head in the direction of the intruder. He does not relax, however. He never does, with his own alternates. Not unless he is sure of their loyalty and goals.

"Kunzite."

He has no compunctions about finding out his counterpart's loyalty, for he will never hide his own. So it takes only a moment or two for him to smirk at the other man.

"Tell me, Kunzite. Are you an honorable man, or a foolish coward?"
