Background music plays lightly, softly. It's 'Silent Night'. Minako grips the microphone with both hands and moves with the sound to get her rhythm. She comes in right after a short intro, keeping her performer's smile on for the duration. She's always loved Christmas, all the more since the year when her Christmas gift had been a certain white

If Minako would have been paying real close attention, she might have noticed a not-so-much-child standing between all of the children at the end of the performance, still watching with the same enthusiasm as the little ones. But hey, she's hard to spot between all the kids! It's camouflage!

When Minako takes a break, Usagi quietly - as far as she can do something quietly - tiptoes towards her. "Minako-chan!" Usagi nearly screams when she's close enough. (See? The quiet only lasted a few seconds.) Her enthusiasm and wild waving almost makes her seem like some rabid fan to people who don't know better.

She's used to it, and Minako's not quite as harsh as in the senshi days. She even has a friendly, if somewhat calmer, smile for Usagi.

...This Usagi looks young, she notices. Minako's in her early twenties, and that's quite distinct from her mid-teens. It must be the nexus. Shoot. She looks around carefully, then decides it won't sound too suspicious even if it's overheard: "Is anyone else here, too?"

Usagi does notice the age difference, but with all this Nexus stuff she's pretty used to it. She doesn't care much for it anymore except for making sure that it is actually the Nexus and not her own Minako. But any Minako is good anyway!

Have a bit of a clueless look there, Minako. Usagi isn't nearly as careful as you are. "I don't think so?" She answers, although there's more of an 'are there supposed to be others here?' under it. "I didn't see anyone else I recognized."

Well, that's good, anyway. Minako's smile grows and she finally gets around to saying hello.

"I'm glad to see you," she tells Usagi truthfully. With everyone's busy lives, it's been quite some time since they've seen each other here. "Are you staying for the rest of the concert?"

Zoisite? Her first thought is that something must be wrong, and Minako makes her way towards him as quickly as she can while still being polite to the handful of people who approach her on the way. Nothing looks out of place, but...

She keeps her voice low once she's close enough for him to hear it. "Did you come here to meet with me?" That should be vague enough if anyone overhears.

Minako relaxes easily. This world has rarely been troubled, and it's easy to believe it won't be if Zoisite isn't here to warn her.

"Thank you," she accepts the compliment just as easily, though her smile seems pleased. It gives her the obvious idea: "Do you want to join me for the next one?"
