"Who are you?" she asks.

"Oh! Seikou Hanako, at your service!" She smiles brightly at this. She takes a step forward. "I'm here to help."

Yes, because that's what the police do. They protect the innocent and help people!

"Seikou... Hanako?" Ami gives Jadeite Hanako a bit of an odd look, and tries not to laugh. It wouldn't be very kind or polite.

"I'm Mizuno Ami. I'm pleased to meet you. But this is alright. I can fix it easily." And really, it's creepy that you're in her apartment. No help from you, Hanako.
