14 - A day in the life

Things have been going quite well at the book shop. I ventured to section three in search of the man in the box but, alas, found nothing. Perhaps I will have better luck later.

Flight and I have settled into our new home, it is small but cozy. A bit lonely when Flight is off wandering however. Cuddlesworth is not a good conversationalist.

You work in the bookstore? It is no wonder you and Vanilla appear to get along well, if that is the occupation you were led to. I have noticed that you usually draw in your journal; is there a reason for that?

I do, I am her assistant. She is a very sweet girl, if overly solemn for her age.

I simply like it. It's a sort of way to see with my hands, and it helps my own memory--cements things in my mind, as it were.

I do not think her to be solemn, more like serious. She is the one who told me I should smile more.

It is interesting to see, considering most people do not bother with anything more than text. You are fairly good at capturing what items look like.

Perhaps serious is a better word. She is a kind girl.

Thank you Aurora-san, but I believe sometimes words can be incredibly descriptive as well. But I do like pictures.
