There's a great amusement to me in the fact that Justice knows - even expects, actually - that Itachi would sacrifice him for the greater good without a secodn thought, and that he's fine with that.
And yet... he will still use every means at his disposal to protect Crow from discovery as a source of information or rebellion in ES. I'm pretty sure he'd die rather than give up the man.
Man, they're both insane and deserve each other :/
Granted, Crow WOULD sacrifice Justice but Justice and Bastet would be sort of last resort sacrifices. They've been around too long and know too much to be acceptable loses except under dire circumstances.
Ooh, I like this character essay/ramblething. I've been in the game for most of Crow's tenure, but memories fade, and it's nice to have a combo summary and analysis on how he thinks.
I know I've forgotten like a fuckton of stuff--like he first met Kazahana when Bastet hurt her leg fighting squirrels? Man. But at least laying some of it down in one place means I can sorta glance at it now and then to refresh.
I could probably ramble more/forever about different things as they strike me. And may! I'm glad at least a couple people don't find it annoying anyway XD

Hell, I forgot that. It doesn't help that in my earlier days in ES, I didn't have my RP balance between games down as well and didn't read everything that got posted here, or didn't read it on time, so things got even further lost. I might steal the idea of this recap/ramble, if you don't mind.
I wasn't here when most of these Crow-interactions have happened - besides the stalking I did on occasion, because Crow's always fascinated me - so this is an interesting read. I'm really looking forward to seeing him in a game a little more.
Also EVERYBODY HE KNEW IS DEAD save for, like, Bastet and Justice. XD The oldbies have it hard.
Man there's so many more I haven't put in there, like stuff he found out in crossovers, a whole bunch of meta and behind-the-scenes things, and his cuter interactions too, like how he and Kitty became close. It's just too much to keep track of. T_T
I am glad you like him though, and I'd love for him to have another run-in with Stony some time. I'm looking forward to getting back into his voice, so thank you!

It does look like a lot of backtracking and slogging through old journals and logs, yes. I don't think I'd have the patience for it. XD

I think a lot of the oldbies are either unaffected or mad by now. I'm almost surprised that entries stating deaths and disappearances don't get reactions like "DOES IT REALLY MATTER ANYMOOOOOORE", ahaha. But yes, he's been around for quite a while--he's a middle-oldbie, if you will.
